NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE:

Once you've given your new bat a test swing, consider it yours for keeps! We're unable to accept returns or exchanges once the bat is used. Similarly, if you break the seal on any product, it's all yours – no exchanges or returns if it's been used. Got a change of heart? Make sure to send it back within 72 hours of receiving it for an eligible exchange or return. Just a heads up, items bought on sale or gift cards are like those last pieces of cake at a party – once they're picked, they're not up for grabs again. So, no returns, refunds, or exchanges on these.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. In the event that you discover any defects, damage, or discrepancies in the items received, it is crucial to notify us without delay. For prompt assistance with defective products, kindly reach out to us either by phone or email. When emailing, please include detailed photographs of the issue along with your mobile number, and send them to Sixesfours76@gmail.com. We understand that issues with third-party logistics, such as loss or damage, are rare but concerning. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving such matters with personal attention and prompt action.

DO NOT OPEN IF YOU DIDN'T LIKE:

We kindly ask that you carefully assess the equipment upon its arrival. Should it not align with your expectations, please refrain from opening or using it. It's important to note that returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened and the item has been used. In the event of a return, please be aware that return shipping costs will be either deducted from your refund or will be the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied if the returned package shows signs of use.

EXCHANGEABLE CONDITIONS:

Should you need to exchange the equipment due to it not meeting your expectations, or if you receive an incorrect product or size, please ensure the items remain unopened and unused. In such cases, be aware that return shipping costs will either be deducted from your refund or will be the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 50% if the returned package has been opened and shows signs of use. Additionally, we offer complimentary exchanges or returns on select products/orders in instances where errors on our part occur, such as dispatching the wrong item or a faulty product. This is part of our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction with our service.

RETURN AND REFUND ONLY UNOPENED PRODUCTS:

In the event that you need to return an unopened item due to an ordering mistake, we are here to assist. You can return items in their original, new condition within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Please note, however, that return shipping costs will either be deducted from your refund or will be the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, if the returned package shows signs of use, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the transaction on their end.
